over 20 years managing projects, owner Kirk Valentine has decided to take
this experience and form Sphere Project Management.
He has spent 30 years in the construction industry with
clientele including residential, multi-family residential, commercial,
industrial, and institutional customers. He
has taken projects from an idea, through the design process, to a
successful conclusion. As a
Facilities Manager he has overseen all
aspects of a multi-family
business operation,
including market research, property acquisition,
development, financial operations, and
facilities management.
